 Zoom Tips and Tricks (Part 1)

Multiple benefits can be set for video conferencing or meetings by setting the settings. To go to Settings, you need to click on the Settings icon at the top right of the Zoom Ham screen.

Its general settings are determined from here. These are down To be discussed.

• Start Zoom when I start Windows: 

If this option is selected, the app will run every time Windows launches Will be turned on automatically.  

• When closed, minimize window to the notification area

instead of the task bar: 

If this option is selected, when closed it will be minimized and will remain in the notification area instead of the taskbar.

• Use dual monitors: 

You can back up this option to get the benefit of dual monitor.

• Enter full screen automatically when starting or joining

meeting: 

If this option is selected, start the meeting in the corner. Joining the meeting will automatically zoom in on the full screen.

• Automatically copy invite link once the meeting starts:

If you wish, the invite link will be automatically copied after the meeting starts. However, you can select this option. Next you are yours. You can paste that link to the meeting participant in the corner.  

• Ask me to confirm when I leave a meeting: 

If you want to see a confirmation message in the corner when leaving the meeting, that is, when leaving the meeting room, you can select this option.

• Show my connected time: 

How long have you been in the meeting? If you want to show that, this is it You can select the option.   

• Remind me 5 minutes before my upcoming meetings: 

If you want to get a reminder of that meeting 5 minutes before the start of the next meeting, you have to select this option.  

• Stop my video and audio when my display is off or screen saver begins: 

If you leave the front of the screen for any reason during the meeting and your display is turned off or the screen saver is turned on, your video and audio should be turned off. You have to select this option to determine it.

• Video 

Zoom's video settings are set from here. These are discussed below. 

• Camera: The camera that is by default with the laptop or The webcam attached to the desktop can be selected from here. Besides, the camera can be selected according to widescreen or original ratio. 

• My Video 

• Enable HD: HD quality video, You have to select the option.

• Mirror my video: Your video is normal You can see this option if you want to see the opposite. However, it is better not to use it normally. The video is as usual 

• Touch up my appearance: This is one of the videos Important options. This is a very similar feature as we call the beautify feature on mobile. Using it increases VD quality.

• Meetings 

• Always display participant name on their video: In the meeting You must select this option if you want to see their names with each participant's video.

• Turn off my video when joining meeting: To attend meetings You can select this option to ensure that your video is automatically turned off at the time, meaning that even if you participate in the meeting, no one can see you at the initial stage.

• Always show video preview dialog when joining a video

meeting: You must select this option to set the video preview dialog every time you attend a corner meeting.

• Hide non-video participants: Those who participate in the meeting The person's video is not being displayed if you want to hide them. You have to select this option. 

• Spotlight my video bhen Ispeak: You need to select this option to set the spotlight on your video while talking.  

• Display up to 49 participants per screen in gallery view : 

According to the capabilities of the CPU, this option is available in many softwares. May appear or remain in the egg state. Normally, if selected, the gallery view will display 49 participants on each screen. However, if it is dimmed, it can no longer be selected. In that case in a user's gallery view. A maximum of 25 participants will be shown on each screen.
