  KeyBoard Shortcut for Powerpoint (Enlish)

F4: Repeat the Last action / Redo

F5: Slide will show 6

F6: Move to the next Pane.

Ctrl Equal sign (=): will make the text Subscript Formatting 6

Ctrl Equal sign (=): Pressing again will normalize the text.

Ctrl+Plus sign (+): Superscript formatting the text. 

Ctrl+Plus sign (+): Pressing again will normalize the text.

Ctrl F: Find a particular text.

Ctrl K: will give Hyperlink option

Ctrl M: Create New Slide

Ctrl N: Create New Slide

Ctrl I: Format Italic

Ctrl D: Copy the slide

Ctrl O: will give the option to open the previously saved power point file. 

Ctrl T: will give the option to change the font.

Ctrl Z: Finished tasks will return to the sequence.

Ctrl Y: Finished again will bring back the tasks in turn.

Ctrl C: Copy the selected text.

Ctrl X: Cut selected text.

Ctrl V: Paste the cut or copied file or text.

Ctrl B: Bold the selected text.

Ctrl G: To view guides.

Ctrl F3: Capitalize the text.

Ctrl H: Open the Replace option.

Ctrl G: Go to option will open.

Ctrl F1: Task Pane will open.

Ctrl K: will open the Hyperlink option.

F1: Open the Help option.

F5: Go to option will open.

F7: Give the option to check the spelling.

F10: MenuBar will activate.

Alt: will activate MenuBar.

Alt F: Open the File option of Menubar.

Alt E: Edit option of Menubar will open.

Alt V: Menubar's View option will open.

Alt I: Menubar's Insert option will open.

Alt O: Open the Format option of Menubar.

Alt T: Menubar's Tools option will open.

Alt D: Menubar's Slide Show option will open.

Alt W: Menubar's Windows option will open.

Alt H: Menubar's Help option will open.
